Lockheed file.
As the photographer for Lockheed Aircraft I spent some of my off time doing photography for a local theatre group. One of our ESL instructors was directing this play and I provided photography to advertise the play. We also built flats which were erected in the back of the auditorium for patrons to enjoy. I gave the prints to members of the cast when the show had run it's course.
Self portrait. Spring of 1979. I guess you could tell by the hairdo!!
One of the great things about the Lockheed contract was that I could now afford to buy my own Nikon equipment. I'd become a Nikon man years before as the medical photographer at a large hospital in Wisconsin. My first Nikon was a gift from the Medical Staff. What a great way to get started and I stayed with Nikon products for the rest of my working life.
