Gunner Leon J. Otto,  was captured by Japanese armed forces on 6, May 1942  after the surrender of Corregidor. He survived the death march and after interment in several Japanese POW camps he was repatriated to U.S. Military Control from Tokyo POW Camp (Shinjuku) Tokyo Bay Area 35-140 on 29, August 1945. "God Bless HIs Soul."
