On board the USS Arnold J. Isbell (DD-869). At the time of this picture, of the coast of Vietnam, a small junk, (not visible, believe to have 3 Vietcong, was approaching from the land, but they fled as both ship gun mounts swung their way. A small group of unarmed VCs watched from the island, right hand corner, visible by high power glasses only.
