What was once the London Bar, and then Viet-Silk dress shop, is today the Zan-Z-Bar, at Number 19 TuDo Street, Saigon. Back in 1970 the London Bar was the watering hole of choice for my unit, naval advisers in the shipyard. We called it Warehouse 19, to mask our intent during the daytime. Actually there were only 7 warehouses in Saigon to my knowledge. 19 is simply the address on TuDo Street. When I returned to Saigon in 2003 it had been turned into a dress shop called Viet-Silk.
