TCVA continues to strive to provide fraternal, social and recreational activities for the members and guests and encourage and support the preservation of the history of TACAMO (Take Charge and Move Out) which is the name given to the US Navy Airborne Very Low Frequency Communications mission conducted between 1964 and the present in first EC-130G and EC-130Q Lockheed Hercules aircraft and later in the E-6 Boeing Mercury. Membership in the Association includes current and former military, civil service, contractor, and family members associated with the TACAMO mission.
