Last Known Activity:
Doing my best to combat Heart Disease: CHF (Congestive Heart Disease). I'm not going to WIN this battle, but hopefully, I'll be able to keep it at bay and be around for another few years... Today's date is: 11DEC14. A point of reference.
To keep this CHF in Check, is to maintain a very strict diet and an equally check on the liquids that I take in: presently allowed 48 ounces daily. The other part is a Low Sodium Diet, try to stay under 1,500 mg. daily and NOT to exceed 2,000 mg.
I spend a lot more time in the Kitchen and a whole lot less time on the Golf Course and at the bowling alley. I miss these two pleasures. So I have replaced it with some domestic chores, Kitchen duty and also with my Fantasy Football Team, I also have really gotten into NASCAR, my favorite team is Hendrix Motors. Jeff Gorden being my favorite driver.
I continue to work at clearing out my Baseball Card Collection and also my HUGE Stamp Collection. I am giving it all to those that I feel will enjoy the hobbies as much as I did. Just mailed off three boxes of stuff to two friennds and my favorite nieces son: Dustin of Tustin (Orange County California).
I can't do much in the line of physical work, but do my best to get a 30 minute walk in about 5 days a week. Also, I have an exercise program that I work on at least 5 to seven day weekly. I also keep up with ALL my prescribed medications; I take them religiously!
Also, I have been reading from the Bible on a daily basis. When I leave this World, I am going to Heaven!!!

Other Comments:
Life continues to be good here in Southern Oregon.
Living in the country really agrees with me. We are
within 3 Dairy Farms, a Goat Farm, and two Horse
Properties. Also a lot of crops are grown within
walking distance. At one time, we had five Dairy
Farms within walking distance. They are still there,
but NOT walking distance for me anymore!!!
