Reflections on CPO Ort's US Navy Service

 Reflections On My Service

FROM YOUR ENTIRE MILITARY SERVICE, DESCRIBE ANY MEMORIES YOU STILL REFLECT BACK ON TO THIS DAY.
My time training with the Marines in Ga. I learn a lot about myself and worked very hard to keep the base safe and secure.
WHICH INDIVIDUAL(S) FROM YOUR TIME IN THE MILITARY STAND OUT AS HAVING THE MOST POSITIVE IMPACT ON YOU AND WHY?
Ralph White (deceased) was my best friend and mentor. He is the reason I went so far in the Navy
WHAT PROFESSION DID YOU FOLLOW AFTER YOUR MILITARY SERVICE AND WHAT ARE YOU DOING NOW? IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY SERVING, WHAT IS YOUR PRESENT OCCUPATIONAL SPECIALTY?
I entered the civilian world in 2006 and I work for a contractor basically working on the newer system on Subs.
IN WHAT WAYS HAS SERVING IN THE MILITARY INFLUENCED THE WAY YOU HAVE APPROACHED YOUR LIFE AND YOUR CAREER? WHAT DO YOU MISS MOST ABOUT YOUR TIME IN THE SERVICE?
As every military member knows from my time in the military has a way of doing a thing that most of the world doesn't understand.
IN WHAT WAYS HAS TOGETHERWESERVED.COM HELPED YOU REMEMBER YOUR MILITARY SERVICE AND THE FRIENDS YOU SERVED WITH.
I have caught up with some of my shipmates but I not on here enough to get much out of the site, I love to learn more about the history of some of the members.
