My Brother posted by Teeters, Jeff (Teet), BU3 57

  My Brother: Oct 16, 2014

I had the great pleasure of spending the last few weeks at the Anderson home (sharing many Seabee sea stories with lots of laughter) getting to know Toni and Buck's children, all the while Remodeling their upstairs bathroom that Chris had began 8 years earlier and was unable to complete due to his illness'. One morning during my visit while having coffee he said OK Lets do it.
I said CAN DO! and WE DID. Of course Chris had always wanted to be a "Superpretendant" lol, so I frocked him, handed him a white hard hat, and we got it DONE, but not without a ton of help from Toni running for materials all the way in Muncie.
I am so grateful, and glad I got to spend this much time with Chris these last few weeks, I'll never forget that assertive deep voice, and already miss it.
Buck loved the Seabees, and was a devout Christian that read the Bible everyday.
During our visit he brought an Old Testament scripture to my attention that I think all of you will Bee able to relate to:
Those who carried material worked with one hand, and held a weapon in the other. Nehemiah 4:17
