Worst Moment Waking up at 4am the very first morning when the Boot instructors threw Metal Trash Cans down the length of the Barracks which shook us out of the racks pretty fast. Then still being in civies, on the way to chow (in the dark), I twisted my ankle on the irregular curb. After marching to chow, waiting in line we had only 10 minutes to eat. We then went straight to more waiting in Line for what seemed like hours getting fitted for uniforms and boots. Then we had the dreaded Swim Test. A Grueling experience with the bad ankle. I would not inform anyone as I did not want to get set back2 weeks. Being set back carried quite a stigma even from the first day. I was not about to give in
Instructors Chief Quenca and Chief Cesar. 2 Philippinos who were difficult to understand and growled at every command.
