I am married, my wonderful wife Suprena is a middle school teacher. Now that is real courage 2 boys 1 18 y/o, 1 15 y/o,(both pretty much long-haired hippies (although they don't call themselves that now) just like I was before the Navy straightened me out. I have worked as an industrial electrician for Chanute Mfg Co, one of the largest heat exchanger/ boiler manufacturers in the US (Yes we do still manufacture things in the US) for the last 20 years. After active duty I spent 6 years in the Kansas Army National Guard as a cook. Then I spent 8 years in the Navy Reserve as a Construction Electrician 1st class after which I retired from the military, went to Emergency Medical Technician School and now work part time as an EMT for the local ambulance service.. I am a PADI certified SCUBA diver and run a rescue and recovery diving business with a friend. We offer our services to local fire and law enforcement for free and have recovered drowning victims from some of the area lakes. So far we have not been asked to recover anything else for the authorities. I manage to stay busy.
Best Moment Pushing a UA pack of cigarettes from one end of the open bay barracks to the other with my nose saying I'm ****ed up as Hogan's Goat Sir over and over again. I don't know if it was the best moment but it was damn sure the funniest The Drill instructor and I both along with the rest of the Company were reduced to tears of laughter by the time my "punishment" was over.
Worst Moment Same moment as my best moment. It was humiliating.
