Following my Naval service I became a Police Officer in Manteca CA. I had a 10 year career in law enforcement before a medical retirement. I returned to school to obtain an Associate of Science degree in Nursing and became an RN. I am now living in New Braunfels, TX. Following assignments in the operating room and the post-surgical floor I began working for the Hays County Health Department as an Emergency Preparedness Coordinator. July 2011 I completed the requirements for a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management, Magna Cum Laude, from Ashford University.
