A Tiger Cruise is when family members get to join their Navy men and women aboard a ship. Generally, the families board a ship at Pearl Harbor and cruise to San Diego. While aboard, they get to experience life on board and get to see their spouses or parents do their jobs.

Pat Duncan had a dream to go on a Navy ship one more time. He got his chance after the 2001 Pearl Harbor reunion. He was invited to join the Tiger Cruise on the USS John C Stennis (CVN-74) from Pearl Harbor to San Diego.
