Petty Officer 2nd Class Walter "Ray" Winters was serving as a door gunner with the Helicopter Attack (Light) Squadron Three Seawolves when he was killed in action in the Mekong Delta region of South Vietnam. His fellow Seawolves remember Ray's bravery and devotion to duty. HE IS NOT FORGOTTEN.
