Born in Mansion House Kingswood, Montevallo, Alabama, USA on 15 Oct 1884 to Frank Ragan King and Frances Veda Snodgrass. Frank Ragan married Allene Adams and had a child. Killed In Action, 12 July 1919 in the North Atlantic.

U.S.S. RICHARD BUCKLEY (trawler, British owned), displacement 550 tons; sunk by a mine near Shetland Islands; 7 killed; 2 wounded.
