Billy Bowlegs Pirate Festival & Landing held annually. Constant supervision of drunk boaters, swimmers. One physical arrest and numerous responses (12 our vessel, 35 total...one was spinal injury - water recovery with life flight). Twice the usual this year, weekend after Memorial Day...
