Barry Hall Cressman Bremerton, Washington Born May 9, 1930 Hospital Corpsman, U.S. Navy Service Number 3880353 Killed in Action Died September 24, 1950 in Korea Hospitalman Cressman served with the U.S. Navy attached to Headquarters and Service Company, 5th Marines, 1st Marine Division. He was Killed in Action near Seoul, South Korea while tending his wounded comrades on September 24, 1950 from wounds to his head. Hospitalman Cressman was awarded the Purple Heart, the Combat Action Ribbon, the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Korean Presidential Unit Citation and the Republic of Korea War Service Medal.
