I am retired from the U. S. Navy and retired from the University of Virginia.
We traveled full-time in an RV for three years after I retired from the Navy in 1979 and I worked many part-time jobs during that period. After our travels I worked several part-time jobs over a two-year period while we started building our new home. Then, beginning as a Medical Center Project Manager on September 11, 1984, I served for a total of 27 years 8 months in the Facilities Planning & Construction Department (FP&C) of Facilities Management at the University of Virginia, retiring on May 4, 2012 as the Administrative & IT Manager, Webmaster, LSP-Pro for FP&C.

Life Member of United States Submarine Veterans, Inc. and member of USS Virginia Base. Founding Webmaster for USS Virginia Base since 2003 and Commander of USS Virginia Base 2008-2019. I am currently the Base Webmaster and Holland Club Chairman. USS Virginia Base serves submariners in the Richmond and Central Virginia area.
