Currently serving as Chief Disciplinary Cousel to the Hawaii Supreme Court (prosecutor of lawyer misconduct).  Formerly served as general counsel to the Disciplinary Board (2012-2018), preceded by service as a Disciplinary Board member (2006-2012).

Admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, District Courts for the District of Hawaii; Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of California, U.S. Court of International Trade and U.S. Tax Court.
