I represent veteran in their claims before the Department of Veterans Affairs.  I started this duty in 1977 and I love it!  I am an accredited representative and an Attorney In Fact under Title 38 U.S.C.

Graduated on the last Sunday in August 1971 and enrolled at Marshall Univerity Graduate School the next morning. The following Wednesday, took the GRE and attended my first class the following Monday. My first professor at Marshall was a retired USMC Colonel Dr. Sam Clegg.
