What are you doing now:
Spent the mid-90s into the early part of this century working in community newspapers in and around Kansas City, MO, where my first wife settled with my two daughters. Seven years ago I began self-publishing a monthly newspaper for the Kansas City Irish-American community, Heart of America Irish Life. In September, 2002, I lost control of Irish Life in a business dispute. In January, 2003, I launched a new monthly, Midwest Irish Focus ,for the Irish-American communities of the midwestern states of Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, lower Illinois, Arkansas and Oklahoma. By June, 2003, Heart of America Irish Life ceased to publish. Also a member of the American Irish Media organization, which includes similar publications in Los Angeles and San Francisco, Denver, Chicago, Columbus (Ohio), Philadelphia, Boston and New York.
Currently living in Jefferson City, MO, to more easily cover events in Kansas City and St. Louis. Veteran of two marriages. Currently too damned busy keeping my business afloat for anything else.

Personal Memories
Memories In February it was announced that any servicemember with an EAOS within 30 days could either go Stateside immediately or sign up "for the duration of the conflict." My EAOS was Feb. 29 and I was happily on the next helo heading home where I watched the rest of the war on CNN.
