What are you doing now:
Getting out in 1997, after having just commisioned and put to sea, USS THE SULLIVANS DDG-68, I first went to work for Northrop Grumman. At Northrop, I developed high fidelity interactive Tactical Operations Watchstander training before being asked to design the Command and Control layout and watchstander descriptions for several major program proposals, then participate as team lead in their development after contract award.
In 2007, because of the Naval Combatant Command & Control and Navigational Bridge operational design, development and testing experience I gained and because of my growing overall experience in Human Systems Integration (HSI), I decided to go to work for Sonalysts; a highly energetic, competent and employee owned company comprised of a wide variety of skilled Navy and Marine Corp SMEs committed to Navy and Marine Corps excellence.
At Sonalysts, Inc, I am now working on the research, design, dedvelopment and testing of the emerging technologies and human systems design approaches required to meet both current and future Navy and Marine Corp operational requirements.

Description RIMPAC, the Rim of the Pacific Exercise, is the world's largest international maritime warfare exercise. RIMPAC is held biennially during June and July of even-numbered years from Honolulu, Hawaii. It is hosted and administered by the United States Navy's Pacific Fleet, headquartered at Pearl Harbor, in conjunction with the Marine Corps, the Coast Guard, and Hawaii National Guard forces under the control of the Governor of Hawaii. The US invites military forces from the Pacific Rim and beyond to participate. With RIMPAC the United States Pacific Command seeks to enhance interoperability between Pacific Rim armed forces, ostensibly as a means of promoting stability in the region to the benefit of all participating nations. Described by the US Navy as a unique training opportunity that helps participants foster and sustain the cooperative relationships that are critical to ensuring the safety of sea lanes and security on the world’s oceans.
