The transfer of a disabled Helo from Long Beach to Hornet in 1967. The skipper actually backed the ship down and positioned her close enough to Hornet where Hornet's crane could hook onto the chopper lift it off our fantail and deposit it on her flight deck. In the Tonkin Gulf no less during combat operations. Capt. K.C.
