USS Preble (DDG-46) Details
The USS PREBLE (DDG-46) was the fifth ship to be named in honor of Commodore Edward Preble. PREBLE was commissioned on May 9, 1960 as DLG-15 and was one of the first ships built from the keel up to fire Terrier guided missiles.
