Admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, District Courts for the District of Hawaii; Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of California, U.S. Court of International Trade and U.S. Tax Court.
