Best Moment
F/A-18 hydraulics were an issue and the men in the Hydraulic shop made it happen. The NDI lab scored a perfect Radition Safety inspection. We had a softball team that was great at drinking beer and having a good time. I ran night check Production for a period of time, that was a good job. Best moment: I Made Senior Chief.

   

Worst Moment
Mother past away and had a dear friend end his life.

Chain of Command
Tom Miller was a great Maintenance Master Chief, Merril Jones was the Senior Chief that taught me how to be a Chief.

   

Other Memories
We were part of the shut down crew for Cecil Field. I still feel the Navy and the DOD made a huge mistake closing this base.
