Best Moment
I was attending night class and had jsut left the mess hall with a cup of coffee.
As I was crossing the street, I heard someone (a lady) call, "Hey, Sailor..."
Being the Sailor I am, I just kept walking until I heard the voice a lot closer (I missed the pounding of running shoes) saying, "Hey Sailor, I'm talking to you."
At that point I turned and saw a Chief (the disembodied ladies voice) and she was pissed.
"Don't you know you can't walk with an open container?"
"But, Chief it's coffee."
"I don't care you can't walk with coffee."
At this point I was thinking this was really really funny.
"You need to pour it out."
So I drank it.
You should've seen her fuming and heard her fussing over that.
Needless to say a trip to the CMC's office was made the following morning. Now that wasn't funny. lol
