 Additional Information
What are you doing now:

Presently disabled from back injury, but I can't stay still!  There's too much to do, and never enough time or energy.

After EAOS (1984) stayed in California untill 2000.  Met my wife in San Jose (she's a California girl) when I was a paralegal/biker.
'86-89 Went to San Jose State University and studied Political Science, went to one semester of night law school, but was working 60 hours a week at the time so had to drop that schooling.  I worked as a Harley wrench while in college until I started working as a paralegal,

86-93 worked as paralegal and public relations rep. for motorcycle attorney-- I got paid to ride my Harley all over California ('62 chopped panhead), simultaneously I worked as a biker lobbyist,

Throughout the '90's I was licensed to sell insurance and securities and worked as a salesman in several industries, learned to paint houses to fill in during lean times.  San Jose-San Diego-Santa Rosa years.

My wife met and I was reintroduced to Jesus on Easter '94 while living in San Diego, and my wife and I married later that year.

I was service manager for a large automotive repair shop in Northern CA for about 6 years (was a million dollar a year salesman in that job).

Moved back to NY in March 2000.

In 2000-2003 I held several jobs at a time, I was a landman for oil and gas companies, a substitute high school teacher a census taker and a substitute bus driver.
I was elected as town supervisor in 2001 and served in that post until 2006.  I do legal research and writing and am learning medical terminology.

Had some experiences during this last decade that have been horrendous, but I won't go there, as I am still in that fight.  I must say it has been fun, frightening, and interesting.  Right now we're broke from the fighting, but hey, life is a continuous battle, you just have to make the best out of every situation!  In the end, God wins, and I'm in his service now, so in the end I win!!!

I moved back to New York to property (82 acres) my parents bought in 1968 and left to my sister and I.   My wife and I are trying to start a Christian summer camp for inner-city kids, but seems that there are forces trying to stop that venture.  We have slowly been starting a Christmas tree farm, and hope to start an apiary (honey-bee farm) after I have back surgery and can again lift more than a postage stamp.

Very active in my church was head usher for 8 years and am currently a percussionist and drummer on worship team.  I find that playing music is my passion.  I am not a religious person, but I have a personal relationship with the Lord through His Son, Jesus and I am filled with His Spirit.  I'm still a sinner (a redeemed sinner), but with God's help I am getting better.  If you haven't met Jesus on a personal level and made Him the Lord of your life send me an e-mail for more information.  The Bible says that there is a day coming when ALL will bow down and acknowledge Jesus as Lord.  If we do that while we live in this world, we will be saved but if not here and now,  then when you do bow down it will be too late to repent, and God, being perfect justice will send you to the lake of fire.  So the bottom line is: Let Jesus pay the price, or pay it yourself.

I'm active with the NRA and have recently become a recruiter for the NRA.  I have found that there are many people who have guns, and want the right to keep them, but aren't active in protecting that right.  With those who are in power currently it may not be long before an attempt is made to disarm the militia, which at the time of the framing of the Constitution meant the entire citizenry.  Joseph Story, son of one of the Boston Tea Party activists, U.S. Supreme Court Justice, Founder of Harvard Law School;  wrote one of the most authoritative legal commentaries on the U.S. Constitution.  He asserted that not only did the 2nd Amendment allow citizens to be armed for self-defense BUT ALSO to protect against the agression of government--"against the usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers."  (Some notes are from reading the works of Stephen P. Halbrook,  David Barton, the original writings of the founders and the original documents.)

I hope someday to write a book about all my adventures, or at least the one's I can remember.  If I don't start soon though I might not get it done--I've noticed my memory isn't what it used to be.

Running the race!  Kenn Dillon

Other Comments:

I still kick myself in the butt for getting out after ten years. One of the dumbest mistakes I ever made.  Oh well, spilt milk!   Of course I might have been killed or who knows what if I'd stayed in.  God is in control, and He doesn't waste anything so I just believe He's got my back--not to worry.
