Last Known Activity:

Joined Navy at age 17, went to boot camp in Newport RI.  Hospital Corp training in San Diego.  Served on USS North Carolina and the USS Washington.  He saw action in South Pacific, North Atlantic, and European and African theaters.

He was at other duty stations, including Adaak, Alaska, National Naval Medical Center, and Bremerton Washington.

Met his wife, Ruth Thompson in Bremerton, Washington- she was a Navy Nurse.
Married Jan 5, 1945.

Attended medical Photography School in Bethesda and assigned to Medical Photo Lab.  Chief Petty Officer in 1943, Warrant Officer in 1945. 

Worked as MEDICAL PHOTOGRAPHER - BETHESDA NAVAL HOSPITAL after military retirement.
