What are you doing now:

I am making the most of life. I live on 5 acres of ex farm land, Im tring to turn it into my little bit of paradise.I have COPD pretty bad, I have recieve SS disability starting on July 2011, And I recieve a small pension from the IBEW for my 11 year service. With all that being said im making the best of life.

After leaving the Navy I worked in maintenance department for  Leviton MFG in Warwick RI, BFGoodrich in Pedricktown NJ, Mobil oil in Paulsboro NJ,, Dupont in NJ, ,DAP inc in NJ, Hygrade foods in Phily PA. , Red Gold in Aristis IN. , IBEW LU 855 Muncie In.
    I spent most of those years, upgrading system in the Plants to PLC controls and installing new equiptment, as well as troubleshooting machinery. Found my Naval experence allowed me to master just about any system that was thrown at me,  I had an edge over most of my comrads due to the diveristy in the Naval electrical experence.
 Hope todays Navy still proides this to the young, because what Ive seen its not the same Navy as when I servewd.
