Larry died May 24, 2008 due to complications from his diabetes which was caused by exposure to Agent Orange after 3 tours to Nam. He was an EO with the Seabees, which he dearly loved. He retired in October 1984 after 20 years of service with the Navy. The last 12 years of his life he was very ill. We were married for 32 years. We have 2 wonderful children who have both served in the Navy. I can't remember all his duty stations but this is a list of some USS RANGER(1st assignment before cross rating to seabee)(1965-66), NMCB 1, ACB 2(1972-75), NMCB 133(2 times, once during Camille) & (1981), NMCB 74(DA NANG), Rhode Island, RNMCB 28(1982-1984,Barksdale AFB, Shreveport, LA),.
