Memories For This Unit
Other Memories NMCB ONE deployed to Port Lyautey, French Morocco, on March 6, 1952. Over the next four months the Battalion built seven Butler buildings, three storage tanks, an aerological data building, a 200-foot fence around the radar area and a 500-foot jet blast wall. Their mission complete, the Battalion sailed for homeport on July 29, 1952.
