Promoted, while assigned to VP-934, to Airman Apprentice at NAS Willow Grove in early1958. Promoted to Airman at NAS Williow Grove in Fall 1958. Assigned to P2V-5F in VP-934 as Ass't Plane Captain/Second Mechanic. Qualified as Air Crewman in October 1958. Deployed for 2 weeks TEMPACDUTRA to NAS Quonset Point, RI in July 1958. with VP-934.
