Other Comments:

Rusty Hooter was my father in-law. After retiring from the Navy he worked as a civil service military personnel clerk at the Naval Air Station Administraton Department Sangley Point, P.I.,  until May 1971. when the navy decommisioned the base.  Rusty died in 1983 and his wife Bea passed in 1993. God Bless  their souls and may they rest in peace.
