Desert Shield/Desert Storm. Flew from Misawa, Japan to Diego Garcia, BIOT (via PI, Signapore, Bahrain) to join CENTAF/IN personnel to stand up the Joint Analysis and Intelligence Center (JAIC) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Joint Watch Chief assigned as MOOB/EOOB and Targeteer. Daily briefings to Multi-National Force (MNF) Commanders. At onset of Desert Storm shifted to add Ad Hoc targeting against enemy assets, strike strategies and re-strike targeting and BDA duties.
