Electricians Mate Second Class William "Bud" Cloud served on the USS Dewey DD-349 during WWII. He was on board in Pearl Harbor during the attack of December 7, 1941. His last wish was a trip to San Diego where he was welcomed aboard the USS Dewey DDG-105 for the send off of a lifetime.
