Got this award while deployed to Det Alfa in Atsugi Japan. LCDR Guitilla was visiting from San Diego. I had just returned from the Kitty Hawk with Dan Smith. If you look close by the LCDR's left wrist you can see a fish tank. It held the Det's pet Piranha named Deuce.
