Prior to my transferring from SPECBOATRON TWO, I was asked to deliver the Key Note Address for the 1st Annual SARCON (Search and Rescue Conference), which was sponsored by the Virginia Department of Emergency Services, Virginia Search and Rescue Council and the Appalachian Search and Rescue Conference.
