Best Moment
NavSea Called for me to help in the new NSTM. I consolidated two courses and condensed the NEC 9559 to two weeks from six to accommodate the reservist and save the Navy money in educational cost.
Worst Moment
not even getting a NAM the whole time or on departure.
Chain of Command
Also was 1st Platoon Leader ASF, during this time we provided security for 3 concerts, 4 airshows and secured the gates during a small riot out break as the Strike Platoon during the Rodney King Trials.
Other Memories
Emergency flight out to Guam to qualify the ships fuel crews. Also playing Golf at Hickam AFB with Chief Edwards. And Cruising Hawaii with Brian and my Daughter that flew out with me while I was teaching.
