This is the aftermath of a Japanese suicide attack against Yontan Airfield, Okinawa during the spring of 1945. A single Jap bomber belly-landed onto the airfield, disgorging a special suicide squad of Jap Commandos. Even the Seabees had to drop their tools and pitch in!
