I didn't know there was an E9 IC. I thought you had to convert (revert) to EM. Is that still true?
You know, there was a reason they called IC "Low Voltage Electricians".
I would bet the EMs will get the engineering (dirty jobs). ETs will get the old technology and IT will grab anything worth while, that is until they get outsourced.
FTS IC will be discontinued March 2011. Question about Full-Time Support (FTS). Is this what they call Naval Reservers who are doing active duty? Is IC still a USN rating or is it also on the demise?
