The town of Dushville was renamed Winn. It is located in Freemont Township, Isabella County, Michigan. Note that the Post Charter and the American Flag are both prominently displayed in the photograph. Also, almost everyone has on a slouch hat with a GAR hat wreath.
Christopher Columbus Reen was my great grandfather. He served 3 years with Pennsylvania 36th Regiment, Company B (Seventh Reserve) and 1 year with the 210th Regiment, Pennsylvania Infantry.
