Details Behind Award
For professional achievement while serving as the Accountability Division Leading Petty Officer at Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific, Silverdale, Washington, from 23 October to 27 October 2006. Petty Officer Tebeau significantly contributed to the successful completion of a short notice Naval Technical Proficiency Inspection. As a direct result of his leadership and program management of the Pacific Fleet Stockpile, the Accountability Division received the highest possible evaluation with no deficiencies. Throughout this demanding inspection, he maintained focus and quickly adapted to several unforeseen challenges , resulting in one of the most successful inspections in command history. A vital member of the team, he has significantly contributed to furthering Strategic Systems Program objectives and set the bar for future inspections. Petty Officer Tebeau's exceptional professional ability, initiative, and total dedication to duty reflected great credit upon himself and were in keeping with the highest traditions of the United States Naval Service.
