Details Behind Award
For professional achievement in the superior performance of his duties while serving as Assistant Nuclear Weapons Accountability Officer in Strategic Weapons Facility, Atlantic, from January to December 2000. During this period, Petty Officer Tebeau consistently performed his demanding duties in an exemplary and highly professional manner. His performance as a Navy Weapons Escort ensured the safe completion of more than 325 special weapons logistic operations. He developed databases for tracking Surface Support Equipment maintenance and Nuclear Weapons Accountability classified material. He spearheaded the implementation of the Retail Ordnance Logistical Management System (ROLMS) for tracking, reporting, and inventory of Tomahawk airframes and small arms. His selection as junior Sailor of the Year for 2000 was based on superior performance.
