How nice and polite this all seems. Several weeks prior to this photo shoot, during a similar drill under arms training session, Nimmons had slapped my face so hard that my ballcap flew off, and my jaw ached for days. The humor and irony were not lost on me at the time of the photo shoot, nor now 30+ years later.
