Last Known Activity
He was on the USS Tucker DD-875 as the XO in 1948 when he became ill and was removed from duty in Hawaii after seeing Drs. at Tripler Army Hospital.

The medical records show he had Diabetes and it was in the line of duty.  His conditions was determined that he could not return to active duty and transferred to a continental hospital for further anaylsis.
