LTjg Andrew Kelley was the commander of the Sub Chaser SC-337 during WWI.

As an Ens. he was awarded the Navy Cross for his distinguished service during the War for his anti-submarine war patrols aboard his SC-337.

As a Ltjg, he entered inactive duty with the U.S. Navy Auxillary Reserve in March 1919. Later working for the U.S. Navy Department (C.oast Guard) during WWII while living in Jersey City, New Jersey.
