James Andrew Boling
February 6, 1900 ~ September 22, 1929

James was born in Tate Co., Miss.  To Andrew Jackson Boling and Zannie Tippie Birdwell.

James first enlisted into US Naval Reserve Force during World War I.  From June 1918 until Sept 1919.  During his second enlistment.  From May 1923, He was a cook aboard a submarine.  He was also assigned to Patrol Vessel USS Gorontalo (SP-2682).  James was discharged from service in 1928.

Then transferred to U.S. National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers in Johnson City, Tennessee for treatment.  He later died from complications of tuberculosis, on Sept 22, 1929 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

He was survived by his wife Maudie Mae Singuefield of Tate Co., Miss. And duaghter Helen Carrie Boling Parker.

James is buried at Crockett Church of Christ Cemetery in Senatobia, Miss.
