Last Known Activity YFU4 was involved in action at Hue City on the Perfume River and Que Viet Rivers during the Tet Counteroffensive campaign. On 26 February 1968. YFU-4 was hit while in a flotilla proceeding up the Que Viet River to Dong Ha. The rocket hit the starboard 20mm gun which was maned by GM3 Gary Crampton, SN Taylor, and SN Richard Adamo. KIA were Gary Crampton and Richard Adamo. WIA were SN Taylor(critical), EN3 Arthur Cockerham(critical), ENFN Danial Love, FN James Jessup,CS David Chatman, Crewman Green,SN Michael McCammond. At the helm was SN Wayne Brill . On the Con Tower was BMC Floyd Scott, and QM2 Robert Sayers.
