Last Known Activity
On December 21st, his river patrol craft had completed another routine patrol of the My Tho river in Dinh Thoung province in South Vietnam when it was discovered that Frank was missing. A search of the river produced his body two days later.

Frank, I believe, was born not in New Jersey, but in Southern California. He attended Chula Vista High School before moving to New Jersey. His HOR, however, is listed as Wenonah, New Jersey.
