Last Known Activity

After his Navy service, Joseph Yurcho worked for the Tobyhanna Army Depot from which he retired. He also served for 20 years as a GOP committeeman for the 116th District.

Joe & his wife Amelia raised 10 children and have many grandchildren & great grandchildren.  He loved to tinker around the house!

Joe was my grandfather.  My brother, Chris Marhelko, & I followed in his footsteps by joining the NAVY.  We're the only two in the family to do so!!  I'm proud of pap.  I wish he were still here with us so I could hear his NAVY stories!!  If anyone knew my grandfather, please get in touch with me.  I'd love to hear your memory of him!
